CBRNE Plan Checklist
The purpose of the CBRNE Plan Checklist is to allow healthcare facilities to assess their readiness to deal with disasters. This is not a planning tool per se, but, once the Facility’s plan is in place, it will provide a means to review the plan and identify gaps.

General Planning and Readiness Tool
The General Planning and Readiness Tool has the same structure as the CBRNE Plan Checklist and can also be used as a checklist for healthcare facilities to assess their readiness to deal with disasters.

Hazard Risk Assessment Tool for Medical Facilities
The purpose of this tool is to assist medical facilities in identifying hazards or vulnerabilites they must plan for. It is intended as a guide to assist in priority setting within the construct of a comprehensive emergency management program.

Radiological Casualty Assessment Tool
The Radiological Casualty Assessment Tool is a collection of decision aids and forms designed to facilitate the emergency department management of contaminated or exposed casualties during an accident or disaster involving radiation. Funding was provided by CBRNE Research and Technology Initiative (CRTI). The goals of the Tool were to provide information to clinicians on relevant data for clinical evaluation and biodosimetry, and to facilitate documentation. The Tool ws developed and revised through a process involving a live exercise and multiple workshops across Canada over three years from 2006 to 2009.
